No returns due to COVID at this time!!! 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a store credit. You the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. You will then be issued a code to use towards your future purchases. Also there's a 20% restocking fee.  

We do not do returns on Swimsuits ladies! 

No returns on Nylon Track sets, biker sets or any clearance items! 

You should expect to receive your store credit when the item is received  on our end. Which is usually 2-3 business days. 
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. This must be done within 1 day of confirmed delivered items.  if you live in an area where your merchandise may be stolen please have package sent to the nearest secured drop off box or request signature we are not 
responsible for stolen mail. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Items ship out within 1 business day and should arrive within 3 business days max.

FYI We Glam26 Boutique have added an option for the customer(you) to add shipping confirmation on your package at an additional cost. It is not our responsibility to track down your package after it has left our facility. If your item was shipped out and you was provided a tracking number you must get in contact with the post office after you visit to track your package with any questions. If your item was stolen or lost again that's a post office issue not Glam26. The sooner you contact them the better!
